Returns & Exchanges

If once you’ve received your order you’re not 100% happy with the fit or look, don’t worry, we understand!

Just call or email us on receipt and we will exchange or refund them.

Once your return or exchange has been approved...

  • Post your order within 7 days
  • Return your order in the great condition you received them
  • Enclose a copy of your invoice
  • If exchanging, add a note about your approved replacement item

 

Posting

  • Address for returns is My Island Home, 108 Hudson Pde, Avalon Beach, NSW 2107
  • Return postage costs are payable by you
  • Ensure you have parcel tracking number in case of loss or damage
  • Postage costs for resending exchange items are subject to the reason for your return and will be advised when your return is approved.

 

International Orders

  • Duty & taxes paid in your country are not refundable by us
  • Exchange items may be subject to local duty & taxes which are payable by you
