Once your return or exchange has been approved...
- Post your order within 7 days
- Return your order in the great condition you received them
- Enclose a copy of your invoice
- If exchanging, add a note about your approved replacement item

- Return postage costs are payable by you
- Ensure you have parcel tracking number in case of loss or damage
- Postage costs for resending exchange items are subject to the reason for your return and will be advised when your return is approved.
